Paradyne's sophisticated ACCULINK 3150 Extended Superframe Format (ESF) T1 Channel Service Unit (CSU) is a full-featured CSU which directly connects to multiple formatting environments, including D4 and ESF T1 facilities. The ACCULINK 3150 CSU provides optimum T1 network performance through a wide range of powerful features, including in-service diagnostics and T1 network protection.

Compact and flexible, the ACCULINK 3150 CSU combines a wide range of innovative features to allow your network to evolve to emerging digital network standards with minimal disruption. For example, the ACCULINK 3150 CSU's design supports diversity in your T1 network by accepting T1 framing standards such as D4 or ESF, as well as line coding standards B8ZS or AMI for protection of your installed equipment base.

Ease-of-use and installation are enhanced by the ACCULINK 3150 CSU's many configuration options. Diagnosis is simplified with an embedded SNMP agent and standard MIB support. Remote diagnostics can be performed through the integral dial modem to determine trouble sources before dispatching maintenance personnel, increasing network operator productivity.

Three sets of Bantam test jacks are located at the front of the CSU which increases access and testing abilities. This innovative feature is accompanied by comprehensive in-service testing capabilities.

The ACCULINK 3150 CSU fully meets the requirements for Extended Superframe Format, as specified in the AT&T Technical References 54016-9/89, 62411 and ANSI T1.403. It conforms to FCC Part 68 guidelines as well, for direct connection of customer premises equipment to D4 or ESF T1 facilities. This compliance ensures the user the highest degree of network protection possible.

The compact ACCULINK 3150 standalone unit can be wall mounted, stacked snugly in an equipment cabinet or placed on a desktop.
