Time Warner Telecom Call Routing Issues
Does anyone have any experience with Time Warner Telecom call routing issues? I have a customer who recently switched from AT&T to TWT PRI services. The probelem they began to have is TWT does not know which calls are local or long distance. Time Warner Telecom suggested they add new entries in their PBX routing tables. This seems a bit ridiculous as not every phone system is going to have routing tables available. Can any one comment on this? If this is normal operational procedure then buyer beware.
