Creating
a New Conference
Consortium lets you:
- Create
conference code (vanity codes can be used for quick recall)
- Create
a moderator code to extend access to participants

conference participants/guests
- Select
connection mode (Blast Dial — System automatically calls

Participating
in the Conference
Consortium lets you:
- Dial in
from a touch-tone phone, enter conference code and/or PIN
- Set up
voice prompts to greet and guide participants

interactive touch tone options (mute/unmute, lock/unlock,
head count, revert to operator, dial-out, add participants,
Blast Dial, disconnect last number dialed, virtual gavel,
terminate conference call)

Security
Entering a conference, Consortium requires:

conference code or PIN (PIN can be changed at any time for

with ability to lock conference to prevent new/late
participants from entering

with ability to disconnect last participant added to

all details of conference being scheduled before confirming
reservation

log of each participant or channel per conference; can be
automatically saved to disk at end of conference
