Telcom-Data does not refund the cost of transporting goods. Special order items or items returned due to customer error will be issued a 20% restock fee
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

When you place an order with Telcom-Data.com, you will receive free ground shipping on all orders placed online over $300.00. Shipping rates are given in real time from UPS. Once you've placed your order, you will be able to see the package tracking number in the order confirmation e-mail and in the relevant order summary in your account.
In stock items will be processed within 2 business days. Expedited (2-Day/Next Day) orders placed by 12:00 PM EST will be processed within 1 business day. To calculate estimated delivery date add processing time to transit time.
