We guarantee your satisfaction with all TELCOM-DATA merchandise. You may return any item (except the software and special order items) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges and 20% restocking fee).

Please note... If you paid by check, TELCOM-DATA will automatically issue you a refund check upon receipt of your return. This check will be mailed via the U.S. Postal Service to the billing address listed in your TELCOM-DATA account. If you would prefer store credit, please contact TELCOM-DATA's Customer Service Department.
 
Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
