TAPIT Monitor is able to process a SMDR data file from any folder automatically. SMDR timer can be set to minimun 3 minutes and maximum 1 hour interval.

  1. Capability to save or email reports in different file formats. Formats supported: HTML, Rich Text, Text. A user is able to schedule report emailing (via Reports Scheduler) in order to provide receipients with reports on regular basis.
