The PICA MSG-64M Digital Messaging Messaging and Music on Hold System PICA is a state-of-the-art digital audio playback device designed to provide a continuous audio source for message-on-hold, music on hold, background music or any other audio application where high-quality audio playback is required. It is one of the best music on hold systems. Messages are stored in MP3 format on nonvolatile removable flash media cards called Message Mates.
The Messager MP3 is capable of high-quality audio file playback of up to 128Kbps. Message Mates can be programmed using the Messager and a standard PC running Windows XP® or above. Simply plug a USB cable from the Messager into an available USB port on your computer and the Message Mate plugged into the Messager will show up as a removable drive. Once connected, files can be added or removed by a simple drag-and-drop. No special software is required - just plug and go!
Customers can receive new and updated message-on-hold or background music programs via e-mail or ftp and update the units themselves saving the added expense of additional Message Mate drives and the related mailing and tracking costs.
