What causes a person to become so angry that they become an Active Shooter with the intent of killing many innocent people? A better question is what can be done to stop them once they enter a building?

We have all experienced bad days. It can start off with sleeping late trying to hurry, spilling hot coffee all over yourself. Stubbing your toe. getting pulled over for speeding. It seems to snowball. I was experiencing a day such as and realized wow I am feeling stressed.
