Designed by Ritron, the RDC-147 is perfect when hard-wired and old trenching solutions are not considered, working with wireless technology, the DoorCom permits your radio-equipped personnel to pick up messages from employees or visitors from outside the facility or a locked door, then respond using a desk-top base station radio or 2-Way portable radio.
Improving productivity, DoorCom let employees remain focused until an intercom call is heard from outside the building, making pick-up and delivery times easier. Place it wherever you need it, delivery doors, factory floors, lobby areas, will-call/pick-up zones, employee entrances, or loading docks, the DoorCom will perform the best in the most demanding applications.
With long-range performance, this industrial intercom system is available in analog VHF MURS, VHF, and UHF frequency bands, and it features:
- A unique Call Tone is sent each time a new call is coming.
- Heavy-duty radio transceiver and remote speaker mic assembly.
- Multi-Mode Operation: this Intercom System works with both Always-On mode and Call Box modes. The first one always enables incoming calls heard on speakers, the other turns OFF the speaker after periods of inactivity.
RDC Includes R-Series Transceiver with Mounting Bracket, RDC-1 stainless steel remote-head speaker/mic/push-to-talk button, flex antenna, shielded connecting cable, and RPS-1B 110VAC -12VDC adaptor.
