The E-1600-TP-IPEWP Outdoor Weatherproof Emergency VoIP Phone (Talk-A-Phone replacement) by Viking Electronics is a strong and reliable, emergency VoIP phone, perfect for different applications and designed as a solution to damaged or malfunctioning Talk-A-Phone panel phones.
The E-1600-TP-IPEWP ADA and CE Compliant VoIP Emergency Phone Replacement is designed to provide quick and reliable handsfree communication for SIP VoIP phone systems with PoE. The E-1600-TP-IPEWP phone meets ADA requirements for emergency telephones, and can be programmed from any touch tone phone, PC on the same LAN, or remotely using a static IP address.
The E-1600-TP-IPEWP is designed to be used with Talk-A-Phone towers, stanchions, pedestals, as well as surface, wall and flush mount enclosures. The phone can dial up to 5 programmable emergency numbers.
The E-1600-TP-IPEWP can be programmed to automatically deliver a digital announcement to identify the location of the emergency call. Additionally, a DTMF touch tone code may also be delivered. A “Call Connected” LED can be initiated manually or automatically. All programming parameters, including phone numbers and location numbers, are stored in non-volatile memory, requiring no batteries. This unit is PoE powered.
The E-1600-TP-IPEWP is equipped with Enhanced Weather Protection (EWP), ideal for outdoor installations where the unit is exposed to precipitation or condensation. EWP products feature foam rubber gaskets, sealed connections, gel-filled butt connectors, as well as urethane or thermal plastic potted circuit boards.
