Phone Bill Audits are performed on a contingency fee basis. When refunds or credits are obtained from a vendor, our fee is a percentage of the refund/credit gained through our efforts. Telephone audits are based on the carrier’s technical services (both voice and data). We begin at the design of each network service – beginning at the carrier central office and ending at the customer’s premise. We also perform auditing services for other auditing companies.
